From my legal point of view, it is necessary to increase effi ciency in the state administration sector and specifi cally, to focus on the standardisation of processes, cooperation of authorities, and on educational and professional opportunities available to civil servants. It is necessary to trigger business potential by the improved performance of the public sector, which must be provided with suitable support. There are several
individual areas important for entrepreneurship. It includes construction approval procedure and fast cooperation of authorities, debt collection and very important accreditation processes at universities. Last but not least, it is necessary to resolve university research funding and overall support for
funding innovations and investments, and also to prepare suitable conditions for utilizing the upgraded Industry 4.0 potentials and relevant fi nancing, and to intensify work on the development of power supply, both by the state and ČEZ and by companies, in order to meet the deadlines of Green Deal requirements.
